Returns

To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
It must be in the original packaging
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Non-returnable items include:

Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
Items must be in the same condition you received them (unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging), with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email if your refund is approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
To request an exchange, contact us with your order number and photos of the issue.
Return Shipping

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
